  • Software tool
Built from a model of the de novo biosynthesis of Human Milk Oligosaccharides, HMO-Glycologue is a method for generating networks of reactions based on the activities of a manually curated set of human glycosyltransferases. It can the predict the effect of enzyme knock-out on the network.
