New pathogens and sequences in Pathoplexus

Studying dengue and yellow fever? Pathoplexus has launched support for these two viruses . It has also added over 1,500 new directly-submitted sequences across six pathogens, including the first full-genome measles sequences from Senegal, first mpox sequences from Angola and India, plus RSV-A/B, mpox, HMPV, and West Nile virus sequences from labs across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
