New ASAP release

New ASAP release

Version 8 of ASAP, the web-based, collaborative portal aimed at rendering single-cell 'omics data analyses more accessible to researchers, has been released. Try it out and send feedback to its developers!

The new release features:

  • Two new pipelines for bulk and single-cell transcriptomics, using the latest version of analysis libraries.

  • An improved visualization interface that centralizes many multiple tools and allows users to interact with the analysis pipeline.

  • An enhanced collaborative annotation tool that enables the creation of consensus annotations.

  • An updated database based on the latest Ensembl release (v116/63).

  • About 14'000 bulk and single-cell datasets from different sources (CELLxGENE, BGee, GEO, and HCA) ready to import in ASAP
