The Cellosaurus is a knowledge resource on cell lines. It attempts to describe all cell lines used in biomedical research, including immortalized cell lines, naturally immortal cell lines (ie stem cell lines), finite life cell lines when those are distributed and widely used, vertebrate cell lines with an emphasis on human, mouse and rat cell lines, and invertebrate (insect and tick) cell lines.

Central hub in computational linguistics for COVID-19, including automated annotation of the scientific literature (LitCovid corpus), and social media mining. Additionally a web service is provided, in which a paper can be submitted and automatically annotated with domain entities from several reference databases.

This is a website with all the functionality of the OMA Browser, but for 119 Nidovirales species. This encompasses the human SARS viruses, but also other coronaviruses and other single-stranded RNA viruses. Some of these viruses affect humans, while others affect bats, mice, horses, pigs, turkeys, cats, ferrets, etc. This browser is intended to be a resource for researchers in the coronavirus community.

GlyConnect is a platform integrating several sources of information to characterise the molecular actors of glycosylation, mainly glycoproteins and N- and O-linked glycans. The purpose of GlyConnect is to bring out in a single resource the relationships between glycans, the proteins that carries them, the enzymes that synthesise or degrade them and the proteins that bind them. GlyConnect also integrates tools otherwise accessible individually in the glycomics collection of ExPASy.

HAMAP is a system for the classification and annotation of protein sequences. It consists of a collection of manually curated family profiles for protein classification, and associated, manually created annotation rules that specify annotations that apply to family members. HAMAP is applied to bacterial, archaeal and eukaryotic proteins and used to annotate records in UniProtKB via UniProt's automatic annotation pipeline.

neXtProt is an innovative knowledge platform dedicated to human proteins. This resource contains a wealth of high-quality data on all the human proteins that are produced by the 20'000 protein-coding genes found in the human genome. The content of neXtProt is continuously extended so as to provide many more carefully selected data sets and analysis tools.

Nextstrain is an open-source project to harness the scientific and public health potential of pathogen genome data. We provide a continually-updated view of publicly available data alongside powerful analytic and visualization tools for use by the community. Our goal is to aid epidemiological understanding and improve outbreak response.
