BiotXplorer is a tool to browse and locate relevant biotic interactions in Biodiversity PMC. It is designed for researchers exploring biodiversity publications through detailed bibliographic data like taxon names, treatments, figures, and tables. BiotXplorer processes SIBiLS (SIB Literature services) documents to identify species pairs co-occurring within passages. It uses the Open Tree of Life taxonomy to describe species and the Relation Ontology to describe species interactions.
