A new BUSCO release is out! Powered by OrthoDB’s near-universal single-copy orthologs, BUSCO uniquely assesses completeness and redundancy across diverse genomic data, from single-isolate assemblies to metagenome-assembled genomes in both eukaryotes and prokaryotes.
