  • CATALYTIC ACTIVITY: ATP + (deoxyribonucleotide)(n) + (deoxyribonucleotide)(m) = AMP + diphosphate + (deoxyribonucleotide)(n+m).
  • SIMILARITY: Belongs to the ATP-dependent DNA ligase family.
