- CATALYTIC ACTIVITY: ATP + creatine = ADP + phosphocreatine.
- SUBUNIT: Monomer.
- SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell projection, cilium, flagellum axoneme. Note=Associates specifically with the axoneme and may bind directly to polymerized microtubules.
- DOMAIN: Contains three complete but non-identical creatine kinase segments flanked by unique regions.
- SIMILARITY: Belongs to the ATP:guanido phosphotransferase family.
