Aldente's algorithms are implemented now under a stand-alone version comercialised by GeneBio.
This extended version allows to:
- Use the software locally, thus uploading your proprietary sequence databases in a completely secured environment,
- Perform batch submissions,
- Access your job history together with the possibility to re-submit those jobs,
- Access results and graphically evaluate them in various levels of detail as well as export them in different formats.
A demo version is also available for download.
In the near future this enhanced version of
Aldente will work seamlessly with Phenyx,
the innovative software platform for MS/MS data analysis
developed by GeneBio in collaboration with us. You will then be able to visualize both
MS/MS and PMF results through the same user interface.
