Report form for updates or corrections of an existing (publicly available) UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot entry

We are actively seeking any type of updates and/or corrections whether they have been published or not.

Nucleotide sequence submissions should be sent using the Web interfaces at EBI or NCBI.
For nucleotide sequence updates, please use the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database Update Form.
To submit updates to UniProtKB submissions which are not yet publicly available, please reuse the SPIN submission tool.
For updates and corrections to publicly available UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot entries, please use this form.

Please specify if you wish to report updates/corrections concerning

 a single UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot entry:  
   AC or ID code:

 a group/family of UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot entries.
